Getting there: Turn off SH58 at Pauatahanui onto Paekakariki Hill Road and drive 6 km to Battle Hill Farm Forest Park. Alternatively, turn off SH1 at Plimmerton onto Grays Road, then turn left onto Paekakariki Hill Road.
