Whio Awareness Campaign
IntroductionWith a population under 3,000, the endangered whio needs our help to thrive.
There are lots of ways you can look out for whio. You can be mindful of them when you’re exploring near a whio habitat or you can get involved with community volunteer groups and trapping projects.
Check out some of the community partners of the Whio Forever Recovery Programme to see how you can get involved in your local community.
