Summary of proposal: Go Orange Limited is seeking a new concession to replace their existing concessions over Morning Star Beach Recreation Reserve and the Shotover River Marginal Strip for all land based activities associated with their rafting activities.

  1. A lease for all buildings currently used for the rafting activities.
  2. A licence for the activities associated with embarking and disembarking passengers.
  3. An easement for all underground services associated with the rafting activities.
