Let us know if there's damage on conservation land that we should be aware of.

Report urgent safety concerns or facility damage by calling 0800 DOC HOT (0800 362 468).

Submitting larger files can take some time. You'll know it's successful if the webpage updates and says 'Your submission was successful'.
