If you've got a permit to hunt on public conservation land, there are many places to go and plenty of different species to hunt.

Improved open area hunting permit system launched

An improved open area hunting permit system is now live. It replaces the online form that hunters used previously to get an open hunting permit.

Open permit durations are now extended from 4 to 12 months for new permits. It is easier to select hunting areas, and you will get reminders when your permit is about to expire.
