5. Are you submitting a complaint on behalf of someone else?
7. Are you their licensed professional (including lawyer or accountant)?

If you're the complaintant's lawyer or accountant, you're already authorised to make a complaint on their behalf. You don't need to provide an authorisation and can go to question 9.

8. We need a copy of your authorisation. How are you going to send it?
