Summary of proposal: Kau Fefine Fakana'ana'a Trust have applied to lease the Local Purpose Reserve (Community Education) Mt Roskill for a 30 year term.

The Trust has used the site and building since 2007/8 to undertake community and educational activities. A lease of the reserve by the Trust is required for the safety of children using the facilities, and to protect equipment and resources purchased by the Trust for community projects.
