There is an opportunity to graze part of the Pūponga Farm Park under a concession arrangement from January 2025. DOC is also interested in other arrangements that may not include grazing.

In order to manage an allocation process to identify a suitable operator, the Minister invites, under section 17ZG (2)(a) of the Conservation Act 1987, expressions of interest (EOI) by 5 pm on Friday 13 September 2024.
The EOI will then enable the Minister to invite applications and/or encourage specific applications.
DOC will not process any applications for Pūponga Farm Park outside of this EOI process.
