This area encompasses the full length of the Wakamarama Range, extending from the Heaphy Track along the western side of the Aorere Valley. Hunt red deer, feral pigs and goats.

Red deer can be found throughout the Matakitaki/Glenroy area in good numbers. Chamois and goats are also present. Pigs are few, especially in the upper valleys.

This hunting block encompasses all of the tributaries of the Waingaro River and includes the Snowdon, Devil and Douglas Ranges. Red and fallow deer, goats and pigs are present.
