Dog access
Pitch your tent in a clearing near Tamaki West River. The campsite has a woodfire BBQ and picnic shelter. Please note that water supply for the flush toilet can be intermitten.

From State Highway 2 south of Dannevirke, turn into Laws Road, right onto Top Grass Road then left onto Tamaki West Road and follow this to the car park. From here, walk 200 m to the campsite. A small creek must be crossed to get to the campsite, which may be impassable after very heavy rain.
