Volunteer in Waikato

Join one of 60 groups working towards predator-free outcomes for the central Waikato region, between Pirongia, Hākarimata, and the Kaimai Ranges.

Volunteer to protect the vulnerable seabirds and their habitat around Karioi, near Raglan. Help out at working bees, adopt a trapline or help manage bait stations.

Roles include assisting with animal care, supporting education programmes, or helping in the gardens.  No experience necessary.

Join one or more of the many different projects and activities to enable kōkako and other key native species to thrive at Mt Pirongia.
