Consultation draft revoked
The below draft of the Bay of Plenty Conservation Management Strategy was revoked on Wednesday 20 January 2021.
The purpose of the revocation is to ensure further engagement opportunities are provided to Treaty partners, stakeholders and the public.
All submissions received on this draft on or before 27 January 2021 are recorded and saved (with the consent of submitters). They will be considered in relation to renotifying the draft.
DOC released a draft Bay of Plenty Conservation Management Strategy (CMS) on 9 September 2020. A CMS will guide how DOC manages public conservation land in the Bay of Plenty region.
The public are invited to have their say on the management of public conservation areas in the Bay of Plenty region over the next 10 years.

- say what you support or oppose for each, why, and what changes you'd like to be made.
